DINNER AND WINE
Last night, I wanted to prepare something nice for dinner to complement the wine Ruther bought for our New Year toast (we didn't finish the bottle). I decided to barbeque some spareribs and also grill some burger steaks. Heating the charcoal was tedious. I don't know if it was because it was cold and the charcoal to forever to heat, or because I did not fan them enough to make them heat up. But anyway, it took me around 40 minutes to prepare the grill. I barbequed the spareribs first. Then I prepared the patties and grilled them after. We had dinner at 8pm. I know, it was pretty late but well, I underestimated my coal-heating skills. Ruther liked it. Of course, all the hard work was worth it after he complimented me for the yummy dinner. Hopefully, next time, I'll get to use those ready-to-use charcoal to cut down my preparation time. =D
