HONEY-MUSTARD PORK CHOPS

I found this recipe in a food magazine and I thought the photo looked delicious so I am saving the recipe here just in case I want to try making this one of these days...

HONEY-MUSTARD PORK CHOPS

Honey-Mustard glaze:
1/4 C honey
2 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp orange juice
1 tsp dried tarragon leaves
1 tsp balsamic vinegar (or any vinegar)
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
dash of onion powder

For the chops:
4 boneless pork loin chops, 1-in thick
salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients for glaze. Marinate pork chops in glaze for 15 to 20 minutes. Brush grill rack with oil to prevent sticking. Heat grill to medium.
Remove pork from marinade and resere marinade. Grill pork 4-5 inches from heat, 10-15 minutes, turning once.
Meanwhile, heat reserved marinade to boiling and brush pork with marinade during last 5 minutes of cooking. Serve hot with choice of salad.
Serves 4.
