JULY

I can't believe it's July already. We have now reached the 7th month, the year is halfway over. Wow. In two months, it will be September already! In case you did not know, September marks the start of the Christmas season here in the Philippines. They say the "-ber" months makes everyone feel like Christmas is just around the corner. Yup, that's how excited we are about Christmas here. Can't wait to start decorating. Hopefully, the house will be done by then. (How many times have I said this already?!?!)

Anyway, in a few days I will be celebrating my birthday. I still don't know what to feel about that with Ruther being away, with the house still unfinished, with so many plans in my head (but which I feel will not come to fruition), etc., etc. I did not even realize that it was July already until I actually saw the calendar! Just shows how out of touch I am with time.

My brother and sister will also be celebrating their birthdays this month. Yup, we were all born in the same month. And we celebrate our birthdays together all the time. I suppose being all Cancer people, my siblings and I understand each other a lot and this is probably why we don't fight (we do have some petty quarrels but that's it) and we don't get to each others' nerves. Which is probably a good thing, don't you think so?

Anyway, Nikki wants me to get a powerpuff girl cake. So maybe just to make him happy, I'll get one with a Bubbles design. =D Oh well...
