UAAP

The University Athletics Association of the Philippines officially opens today. It's another reason for me to miss Ruther. When Ruther and I got together, it was only then that I found out how much he loves his University's basketball team. He was such a loyal fan that we would go to games and it was only then that I learned about the game called basketball. It was fun and really exciting. I would scream and cheer for a team that my husband loved and I've come to love. Of course, I also cheer for my University's basketball team but I really love the way Ruther's team plays. They are very disciplined, unified and really work as a team. It's really great when they execute fantastic plays and pull off some great stunts.

Today, would you believe, the first basketball game was Ruther's University against mine. Talk about a face-off. I'm watching the game right now (First Quarter) and Ruther's team scored 20 against our 3 points. Oh boy. They are going to be a tough one to beat. =P
