PRISON DANCE

I was watching CNN tonight and I was surprised and delighted to see them feature the dance of a group of inmates in Cebu. I already saw this on TV Patrol and to be honest, I found it really interesting. I mean, where else will you find another bunch of prisoners dancing to Thriller? Yup, this is really something.
