I noticed that the nights are noticeably cooler now. Not that I'm complaining. =D It's been awhile since I felt the cool chill late in the year. I remember when I was little, I would wear a warm sweater or jacket in the early mornings or even when I would go to school at 630am. I also remember that taking a bath in the mornings were such an ordeal for me because of the cold water. I really can't take the cold water. I always get a tummyache so my dad had a water heater installed so that we could have warm baths in the mornings. But even so, whenever I would leave the bathroom, my skin would turn all goosebumpy because the air was so cold. It's just not the same these days. Of course, the greenhouse effect/depletion of the ozone layer has something to do with that and it's sad really. But that doesn't mean we still can't enjoy the early morning chill. Or what's left of it.

I did a lot of gift-wrapping today. I still haven't placed the presents under the tree because I want to print a photo-card (instead of a gift tag) to place on the presents. I'm thinking of picking one of our family photos last year. Those were fun photos so I'm sure I could find a perfect one for the photo-card. Anyway, a few more presents to purchase and I'm all set. =D

Nikki's birthday is fast approaching! The other day, I asked him again what cake he wanted for his birthday and he said that he wanted the Incredibles. I asked him if he was sure because last time, he told me he wanted a Toy Story cake. He said he was sure and Ethan could have the Toy Story theme. Silly boy. Anyway, I already know what to get Nikki for his birthday. We're getting him the Twister game. I know we'll all have a blast playing that one. It's kinda expensive (priced at around P900 - approximately US$20) but I'm sure it'll be a game that we will be playing again and again. I hope Nikki will like it. He was kinda excited about the Twister game the first time he played it so I hope he'll enjoy playing the game. =D
