MORE SHOPPING

Today we met up with Ruther after his work so we could buy some of the things he needs for Japan. We waited for him at Alabang Town Center from 430-6pm and the boys were quite happy to play at the activity center again. After work, Ruther picked us up and we went to Festival Mall (which is another nearby mall) to do the shopping there. We first looked for some shoes for him. He used to have 3 pairs in Japan but I think that the other one is ready for retirement. So we got 2 more pairs for him (both black), some new briefs, and some toiletries. We saw a really cute hat there (like a newsboy cap) which looked really nice but unfortunately, was a bit too small for Ruther's head. Too bad. It was really cute! After that, we had supper at Kenny Rogers'. It was a good supper but I expected better. The chicken just was not as yummy as before. It was a bit too commercialized in my opinion. But I enjoyed the side dishes (mac and cheese, corn and carrots, fresh fruits and coleslaw). I also wanted the corn muffin but they were out. Bummer.

It'll be Ruther's birthday in 2 days! Can't believe my sweetie is going to be a year older! Wow! Anyway, we're still making plans but most definitely it will be another fun-filled family day. Can't wait! =D
