1 1/2 cups water
1/2 pound pork
3 cloves garlic
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup bagoong
1 1/2 cup eggplant, sliced (1")
1/3 cup tomatoes, sliced
1 1/2 cup ampalaya, sliced (1")
1 1/2 cup string beans, sliced
1 1/2 cup squash, cubed
Slice the pork into strips.
Bring the water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add the pork, tomatoes, garlic, onion and bagoong. Simmer until the pork is tender. Add the ampalaya and other vegetables and simmer until done. Add salt to taste.
Makes 4 servings.
