IT'S ANOTHER FRIDAY

It's Friday again. How the days fly by. Pretty soon it'll be February and then we'll be flying home. Right now, I have this heavy feeling at the pit of my tummy. I know it's still pretty early to be worried about our departure but I can't help it. It'll be very hard leaving Ruther. I guess the inevitability of our departure (and my hormones) are making me depressed again...

.....

We're going to play badminton again tomorrow! That's absolutely great because I really had fun last Saturday. Well, I hope there won't be a line tomorrow so we could really play as much as we can. Well, am really hoping there will be very few people there so that the boys could have fun running around the basketball court as well. Ethan really needs to let loose. Fortunately, the weather forecast for tomorrow says it's going to be sunny. Yay!

.....

Ruther and I watched the first 2 auditions of American Idol last night and the night before that. It was really disappointing. They focused more on the weird people than those with talent. Sure, it's entertaining but after a while, it's a drag. I mean, we hoped to see some of the possible Idol finalists at the auditions but all Ruther and I did was cringe and complain and be disgusted at the show. I wonder if the next audition will be the same way. I hope I won't be wasting an hour watching it.

.....

Last night I cooked some fried chicken skin for dinner. Mid-way through supper, I realized I should have cooked more because the boys were devouring the skins like there was no tomorrow. Ethan wanted to hold onto the bowl for fear the skins will disappear before his very eyes. =D Well, at least they got to eat dinner for a change. My boys are very picky when it comes to food. (For the recipe, check it here.)
