3 LAPS

The boys came with us to the grandstand this morning. I wanted them to see the place and since they slept a bit earlier than usual last night, I thought it would be all right to bring them today. I woke up at 5am and after getting dressed, I woke Nikki and Ethan up. Ethan didn't complain much. The moon was so full and yellow, Ethan kept on saying, "Moon!" the entire trip to the grandstand. When we got there, the boys saw the oval and they were excited! So, we immediately joined the many people who were already going around it. After we went around once, Nikki told me, "Three more laps to go, Mommy." I just smiled at him. Seems like he's been playing a bit too much Mario Kart these days... We did a total of 3 laps and the sun slowly rose. Then the boys played on some bars and we went up the bleachers so I could show them the oval. I was glad I brought the boys with us. I took a lot of photos and I am sure Ruther will like to see them. Hopefully, a once a week trip to the grandstand will be okay for the boys. Right now, Ethan is fast asleep. Poor baby, I think he had too much exercise this morning. =D
