BEEF TAPA

200 gms thinly sliced beef
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
2 cloves garlic, pounded
1 tbsp peppercorn, pounded
1 tbsp patis
oil for frying

Marinate beef in the rest of the ingredients for at least 3 hours. Stir fry in a small amount of oil. Serve with hot rice.
