DO YOU WORRY TOO MUCH?

Your Worry Factor is 51%

While you're not a worrywart, you worry more than you should.

Maybe you don't have enough to keep your mind occupied at times...

Or perhaps you've trapped yourself into some bad thinking patterns.

Try to worry less and enjoy life more. There's no point thinking about things you can't change!

I used to worry a lot when I was a brand new mom, because I felt so responsible for that little boy, and was terrified something would happen on my watch, so to speak.

But I was attending a Bible Study group called Bible Study Fellowship International (I believe they have women's classes in the Philippines), and the lady who taught it each week said, "Worry is not prayer. In fact, it's a sin to worry."

And though I still have my moments (believe me, I have more than I should) that really changed my perspective on things. It just became so clear to me that to worry is usually giving into fear, and is always a case of not trusting God for the outcome. So now, when I'm tempted to worry, I just pray about whatever it is and put it all into His very capable hands. That has taken a real load off of me.
